Great app very useful and the cheapest on the market. Could do with some tweaks but overall it does most of what I need it for.

Amazing App and Amazing Support. We sell on multiple platforms and this is a HUGE time saver for filling orders and seeing our Data all in one place. Highly recommend. Integration with QB would be really great.

⚠️Shocking customer service by Donatas!⚠️
He uploaded an incorrect .csv file and made all of our shop inventory across multiple channels 0! This affected our sales as everything was showing as out of stock.
Luckily we had a recent copy of the inventory quantity so our staff stayed behind working hours to manually update the inventory for hundreds of products, as the integration sync can take up to a day to fully sync for bulk orders.
Had we not had the inventory report, it means you have to manually count all your stock again… and we have hundreds of thousands…
Donatas gave a vague apology trying to blame us, then started ignoring all of our messages.
Customer service was good in the past when Marius (the developer) actually cared for this business. I have been a long time customer for years… seriously disappointed!
Shockingly bad. Random disconnects, orders not passed to Amazon for MCF, MCF inventory set to zero in eBay and Shopify, tracking not passed from Amazon MCF to eBay.
Basically performing none of the essential functions reliably and costing sales and impacting shipping time metrics in the process.
If this software worked 100% all of the time it would be amazing. Unfortunately it is buggy and keeps crashing when I am adding Purchase orders. To spend an hour adding products painstakingly one at a time because there is no multi select option and then to have the form fail on saving and there be nothing there is tragic. Time to look for an alternative since I have gone into the £79 sub, if I have to pay that it has to work 100% all of the time.
Amazing experience. We have 2 shopify stores and 2 amazon stores, so this app makes it extremely simple to fulfill all the orders from a single dashboard. The onboaring process was fairly easy, as they have extensive knowledge base with videos for every article. I have never used and order management tool before, but Gieddrius from customer support was extremely helpful and made experience even better. Overall, from multiple apps that we researched Multiorders seemed the best for the price. They did not disappoint.
If this actually worked then it would be great. Single Shopify and multiple Etsy shops looks ok but orders take over seven hours to update. More issues start happening when you've got multiple Shopify stores.
Support is only so-so. Definitely not in US so there's hours lag time if you're working in the afternoon. They rely on one of those chat things so tiny typing and no differentiation between issues. App developer apologizes a lot.
poor customer service, was sold on this solution based on specific needs and functionality, spend a day setting it all up and chat to customer service to find out, no, they don't offer the functionality i enquired about. waste of a day of my time!
