Incredible. From having a proper head scratching moment opening up new markets using Shopify Markets to finding the MGS app to having fully complete catalogue feeds for both META and Google Ads without any disruption to the original market in no time at all.
Support team were super helpful with prompt responses, suggestions on resolutions accompanied by full step-through video recordings on implementation.
Feeds are completely customisable to fit all my unique shop requirements - which makes them complex to set up but it also means you can get them how you need (note comment on support to assist is strong)
Cannot rate highly enough.
If you have problems with your Google Merchant Center this is the app for you.
We had many issues with Google that were address by the wonderful team of Multifeed Google Shopping Feed.
Providing the correct information from your website to Google is not a begginers task. Talk to the professionals at Multifeeds and they will sort out your problems.
We had a price mismatch, an availability mismatch and website landing page problem. We researched through many youtube videos and finally came across this app.
Technical support is excellent and we will continue to use this app in the future if we want to reach new markets.

Easy to use and intuitive App. We use it for Google Shopping and also other feeds. The pricing is transparent and affordable. Also the support is quick and competent.
Unfortunately, we couldn't pull all the variant data, but the support team was extremely helpful in setting up the multifeed. Since then, everything has been running smoothly and flawlessly. Very satisfied with the assistance and service!

Multifeeds is an excellent tool for managing Google Merchant Center feeds efficiently. The app is super functional and makes it easy to customize and optimize product feeds.

Easy integration, great support, a bit technical but really the best choice if you want to produce feeds directly from shopify.
Incredibly detailed, powerful, and customizable. The interface takes some time to fully understand, but it's well worth the effort.
With the personalized videos created by the support team (Helen D.), I was able to solve my specific issue in minutes.
First, setting up feeds per language (NL and DE). Then, the next day I had an issue with unit pricing required for the EU. Yet another personalized video helped me set that up quickly. Without the app and the superb customer support, I would never have been able to create these custom feeds without a massive investment of time.
I tried this feed and could not get local products listed without errors. I contacted support and was emailed a canned response. I never could get a person to respond for help. I uninstalled and decided later to try again. Big mistake! I again had problems installing the feed, and again, support never responded. Both times, it was only after I uninstalled that I got a response. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are better apps than this that work right out of the box with way better support.
Thank you for your review. Google Shopping is difficult to get right from beginning, so normally it takes some time to get the most out of it, solving issues after issues.
The good thing is that although feeds takes time to setup and optimize, once get right it really pay off with your ads performance (and sales). We like to think about the feeds as living things which need more care at beginning, and become more and more matured after each optimize iterations. We have gone through this process with many successful clients of ours.
In your case we had huge timezone between us, so our email replies probably did not meet your expectation. We would be more than happy to jump in Zoom meetings with you to resolve issues faster.
