Support has been more than helpful. Helen Do has been proactive and contacted me out of the blue regarding an issue that I wasn't even aware of. She produces easy to follow videos to illustrate fixes. Outstanding.

Apps can be very complicated, not worth the money and hard to cancel subscriptions. Multifeeds are not like that. They are fast to respond and happy to review our usage of their app so we could get the best out of it. Thank you Helen!

Excellent customer service! I’ve been using this app for at least a couple of years, and it works perfectly. Makes setting up feeds very easy - there's a bit of syntax to learn if you want to get lots of detail in there (start with a single quote in the expression editor and it drops all the options down for you) but following a big site migration from a custom setup to Shopify I was able to get product feeds for Google Merchant Centre, Meta and Klaviyo up and running in literally minutes. Probably half an hour all told for five feeds.
