There are lots of options when you use the chat feature. The team is very helpful and the systems are great.
This app has a lot of customizability and different options for both layout and function, which was really great for us and what we needed. We found this bulk order form app to be the best looking out of all the ones that we tried, and they offer CSS control to allow us to match it up with our theme very well. Support is VERY quick to respond, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I signed up on the 3 day trial period and I was a little skeptical at first. I run one of the biggest ecommerce businesses in Canada. With a product catalog excessing over 3000 products this program will be a big help in helping clean up some variant and MOQ requirements that other services charge a arm and a leg for. While on live chat with Marvic, he was able to help setup my first set of rules and make the options look clean on the website. While i am super busy they/he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and show me reference photos so that I can try and do these later on my own time. If I can't do it on my own time, I am confident that Marvic or other team members can resolve any issues I have. I do not leave very many reviews however these guys definitely earned this 5* review and they earned my business. My only complaint is that I don't require that much of the service so I feel the cost should be reduced a tiny bit but besides that I have 0 complaints with this app and service.

First I was looking for a bundle app, but no app was really helpful. So now I am using this app, bundle all together as variants and it works even better that way for our requirements.
Support is also very quick and helpful and always helping within a day!
Works great. Much smoother checkout process for our bakery. Customers often mix and match items and this gives them the ability to add multiple different items to their cart while not leaving the product page. I have had minor issues with theme updates and Shopify updates, but their support is very responsive and it is normally fixed in just a few hours.
