Great app. It's been the only app that we've tried that actually works (we tried many before).
We're using it to sell by multiples, and it's just perfect.
About the service, it's also great. We needed some customization, as to hide it for not logged users or to have it also in the floating cart and they did it right away.

I had some initial challenges with setting up the app and support, but after connecting with one of the technical leads MultiVariants, he was able to get everything working as necessary. Thank you very much for you assistance!
App works great and there is nothing like it. Very smooth and no disruption in my store. Work as describred. Unfortunately, you cannot add more variants with this app, it only works with the existing variants in your store which shopify already limits. It would be nice to add more variant options as a note to the order at least, and have any upcharges for these variants, and possibly some type of picture upload tool due to the nature of this being for people buying in bulk having one app that could function for all our needs will keep a long lasting customer. All the other apps that have the option to add more variants and upload pictures are not for BULK, so I am stuck in rock and hard place.
Best Customer Service. The minute I have downloaded the app, there was a customer service chat line so active. Sarah has no only helped me to change my product setting to sell in bulk but changed the colors of the font and all. This app is just a huge time-saver when you have so much other things to worry about. So happy to find this app.

Amazing App Perfect for creating bulk orders, custom orders, or eliminating restrictions on variants etc... Great Customer service If you are confused about anything or Have any questions just schedule a call with them and they are very helpful.
Had some trouble configuring the app and the support team gladly jumped on a call with me and offered to configure everything according to my vision. So all I can say is that it is a top-notch app and even better support!
