So far so good. Tech support has been very helpful making some visual adjustments and my customers are loving the ease of use buying multiple variants at once!

AWESOME support. Didn't really know what to do once I installed the service - Hector was amazing and completely setup what I needed help with and answered several questions. I'm really happy with the service I received and would encourage you to consider using this software! Solved the problems we were faced with creating custom candy mixes for our customers!
App is missing some easily customizations like bulk order column titles BUT, support is amazing and quick to respond and do it for me. Hector particularly is great, if you get him as your support agent, sit back and relax, you're in good hands.
Best app to create "variants" without creating variants. If you're selling with Dynamics as your ERP and don't have variants setup, this is your work around. Hyper responsive dev team. Top notch app.

Great app changing how variances work on the product. With different layouts and bulk ordering made easy! If you have any issues, their customer service is very helpful and quick to solve any issues you may have.

Super helpful staff, great functionality and a great tool for big basket selling.
I don't usually gush over software, but this was the app I needed and the customer service was phenomenal! For days I've looked for an app that did what I needed: to create quantity multiples of an item (by the dozen), but track my inventory by individual items. I tried another app - it didn't work - and was almost about to give up when I installed MV.
I went through two videos to figure out exactly what I needed to do, and it worked as advertised, but some aesthetics needed a couple of tweaks.
I couldn't figure out how to do them, so I got onto their Chat, uploaded a couple of screenshots/snips of what I wanted removed or changed, and within minutes it was done!
I felt a little odd having to go on two times - I am a techy and usually can figure these things out on my own - but both the agents I chatted with (Zaina was the 2nd) were awesome. (The first was a simple error on my part: all of my Tags are capitalized, but I had put them in as lowercase in MV - my bad). Even though I need to pay for their higher plan for everything I wanted, it costs less than the higher-level website theme.
