Zaina was extremely helpful in answering my questions, guiding me to find things & helping me working out some user error problems. She was very thorough & the app does everything I need!
I was experiencing a technical issue with product pages. The Multivariants team quickly assessed the issue and applied a fix in a matter of minutes. I was impressed with the prompt support. I am very pleased to be working with this app provider.
Amazing support from the Multivariants app team! We requested a custom functionality where the “+” quantity button gets disabled once a customer selects all 4 flavours in a box of 4, and automatically enables again if one flavour is removed so another can be selected. The team understood the requirement perfectly and implemented it smoothly. Very helpful support, quick responses, and the app is working exactly how we needed for our bakery store. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for your amazing review! 💙
We’re thrilled to hear that the MultiVariants – Bulk Order team could successfully implement the custom functionality you needed for your bakery store. Disabling the “+” quantity button once all 4 flavours are selected and re-enabling it dynamically is a great use case, and we’re glad everything is working exactly as you envisioned.

Great support
Just started working with the team at MultiVariants and I'm very hopeful that this can be an application that will bring a lot of value to our store.
They were willing to take the time to walk me through the app on a video call and they are currently attempting to facilitate some specific needs that our store has in matching the functionality and aesthetics of our brand. I will update this review with their progress in adding some additional mapping needs for our product order flow. Thank you, Mehedi!
I’ve had a great experience with the Multivariants Bulk Order App for Shopify. Their customer support team is excellent, every issue I’ve encountered was resolved quickly and professionally. What really stood out to me was that they didn’t just fix the problem and disappear; they also followed up afterward to make sure everything was still working correctly. It’s rare to find that level of support and attention. Highly recommend this app and their team!
