Really nice app and good for our niche
Exactly what I needed! I have been looking for a way to give my customers a custom experience by being able to choose pages for a custom coloring book. Even though I'm not in the least tech savy, I was able to navigate the app with the companies Youtube instructional videos and very patient and helpful chat on their website. If you're looking for a way to track inventory, give more options to your products, and give your customer an easier checkout experience, I would highly suggest using this app!

I am very happy with the app. It is exactly what i needed. It does its job and is very simple to use. And a big plus is the support service. I wrote them time ago, because i had a problem . I have different product prices for different lands because different tax percentage. I realized that the products list page showed the right prices but on the product page itself, the app showed only the price fixed for the main market. They answered that unfortunately it was so because the app could show only the main market price for all markets. I was a little disappointed, but ok..the app was anyway useful and i didn't uninstall it.
But totally unexpected, they wrote me today again, after almost a month, to tell they updated the app and to check my website to see if the issue was resolved. And it is! I found so great and friendly they remembered my question after time and wrote me again with the solution. Now the app is for my use simply perfect!

Awesome customer service. It was a little confusing to make several different listings but chat support was extremely quick and Alvin was awesome. Fixed my issues for me and even fixed coding issues on my shopify store that impacted their addon. I mean, what more can you ask for? Works great for people selling products in quantities like doughnuts, cookies etc. High recommend!

wow what an amazing app and team working there i had a lot of issues with it and the team there gave me 3 hrs. of their time that was something no app helped me with i would really recommend it if you have multi packs or different variants that Shopify doesn't support.

I cannot say enough good things about the MultiVariants App. First and foremost, their customer service is beyond AMAZING!!! TheMe Trees came across the MultiVariants App while searching for a simplified selling solution to our complex business model. Not only did "Touhid" from the MultiVariants team listen to our needs (they do live video chats), but he went over and above the call of duty. He was genuinely interested in understanding our issue and coming up with a workable solution. On top of thst, he helped us navigate the Shopify Store, as well as the MultiVariants App; so that we may set up our shop with the logic we need to address our rather unique business model. We could have never done it without MultiVariant's help. We migrated from another popular marketplace site that was too restrictive in its technical capabilities. Our business is seasonal and we are under a heavy time crunch to get to market as soon as possible. Without the MultiVariants app and team guidance, we could have never accomplished this feat. It's a little complicated to get set up and figure out how it works, but the support was super helpful, and the level of customisation means you can get really specific with what you are trying to achieve. Only started using it today, but so far seems to do exactly what i want (mainly update quantity in fixed intervals.
Alvin was great! He helped me to ensure the variants selection lists were placed exactly where I wanted them -- on the righthand side of the product pictures. He fixed it in 2 minutes!! Good support timing.

As i needed a minimum order qty based on variety of variants that i have, this app solved my problem easily. What i like about it is the ease of use and also the ability to style it to my liking. The support is also fabulous that quickly solved any problems i have quickly. If you need a function like mine, you won't regret with this! Update : I just had immediate Support from Emilia! She was fantastic and patient! It had some conflict with the template but she managed to solve it for me quickly and promptly! Good job !
