we are using MultiVariants for long now, and there was never any issue. For the first time, today we had an issue when the product zoom was overlapping with the multi variants grid displayed by the app and it was ackward for our customers. We reached out support and explained the issue, shared the product page and screenshots of the issue... They got access into store and rectified this within a few minutes. Amazing support from the Multivariants app team! We requested a custom functionality where the “+” quantity button gets disabled once a customer selects all 4 flavours in a box of 4, and automatically enables again if one flavour is removed so another can be selected. The team understood the requirement perfectly and implemented it smoothly. Very helpful support, quick responses, and the app is working exactly how we needed for our bakery store. Highly recommend!
