MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order

I'm a small one-person business selling scented candles with many different fragrances. I know customers like to pick and choose different fragrances to create their own bundles. And the more candles they buy, the lower the price per candle. BUT, if customers chose a 14-pack candle bundle with a low per-candle price, I wanted to prevent them from reducing the candle quantity during checkout.

I looked through many apps that could meet these requirements and wasn't able to find anything that compared to MultiVariants, at a price point I could afford. I'm happy to say that everything is set up as I envisioned. Not only does the app work, but the high level of customer service blew me away.

I'll admit there are lots of different ways you can customize the layout of product options but they have a bunch of different videos that demonstrate what the settings do. And when I couldn't figure something out, they reply in less than a day, except on Sundays.
I would highly recommend you try this app if you want to offer your customers the flexibility of different product variations, while preventing them from bypassing your pricing structure.

I am very happy with the app. It is exactly what i needed. It does its job and is very simple to use. And a big plus is the support service. I wrote them time ago, because i had a problem . I have different product prices for different lands because different tax percentage. I realized that the products list page showed the right prices but on the product page itself, the app showed only the price fixed for the main market. They answered that unfortunately it was so because the app could show only the main market price for all markets. I was a little disappointed, but ok..the app was anyway useful and i didn't uninstall it.
But totally unexpected, they wrote me today again, after almost a month, to tell they updated the app and to check my website to see if the issue was resolved. And it is! I found so great and friendly they remembered my question after time and wrote me again with the solution. Now the app is for my use simply perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about the MultiVariants App. First and foremost, their customer service is beyond AMAZING!!! TheMe Trees came across the MultiVariants App while searching for a simplified selling solution to our complex business model. Not only did "Touhid" from the MultiVariants team listen to our needs (they do live video chats), but he went over and above the call of duty. He was genuinely interested in understanding our issue and coming up with a workable solution. On top of thst, he helped us navigate the Shopify Store, as well as the MultiVariants App; so that we may set up our shop with the logic we need to address our rather unique business model. We could have never done it without MultiVariant's help. We migrated from another popular marketplace site that was too restrictive in its technical capabilities. Our business is seasonal and we are under a heavy time crunch to get to market as soon as possible. Without the MultiVariants app and team guidance, we could have never accomplished this feat. We are eternally grateful to MultiVariants and highly recommend them to anyone who requires a simplified approach to complex business models on Shopify. They are true professionals... THANK YOU!!!

We have very specific requirements for bulk ordering that the team at MultiVariants was able to put together. They very quickly sorted out a system for us to use, and made changes based on our needs. There was a lot of back and forth, and I am sure I was being a real pain but they were always a pleasure to deal with and happy to help out.

I would highly recommend their product, but more than that I would highly recommend their team, as they are truly fantastic.

App seems to be working well for what our needs are! I personally messaged them asking a question and got a quick helpful answer letting me know the feature I was requesting they are actually working on building. Very excited to see the new features when they roll them out and hoping that this app will be everything that we need and more to offer standard and open packs for our clothing business.
