We're sorry to hear you found the app confusing, but we'd like to provide some context.

You installed the app on May 29 and removed it on July 6 without ever reaching out to our support team—not via chat, email, or support tickets.
Then, nearly two weeks after uninstalling, you posted this 1-star review.
We found it surprising that this feedback came after the app was no longer in use and without any attempt to get assistance.

Since seeing your review, we've made five attempts to reach out to you via email, live chat, and your site's contact form, but received no reply.

We want to stress that our app meets all Shopify UI requirements
and has the Built for Shopify status, which ensures a clean, consistent, and intuitive experience aligned with the Shopify platform.
It's successfully used by thousands of merchants,
and over 400 merchants have left 5-star reviews, with only two negative ones—including yours.

Unfortunately, in this case, there was no communication from your side, making it difficult to understand what exactly you found unclear.

be careful, the items calculated in the store are not the actual items available in the feed, for us this is pure deception.
