The app is very easy to configure and works perfectly for the order import from Otto to shopify. However, it is not easily possible to transfer the return number back to Otto, which is why it is only of limited use to us.

Die App funktioniert weiterhin für bestehende Nutzer und wurde bereits auf die neue OTTO Product V4 API angepasst. Auch wenn das neue Feature "Versandprofile" nicht unterstützt wird, kann man diese direkt im OTTO-Backend einrichten.

The app works well for us. The support team is quick and happy to help with any questions or adjustments on the feeds.

Only downside: There are a lot of adjustments that can not be done on customer side, but need assistance from the support team = not so flexible.
