The user experience is great, and they respond and provide support very quickly when there are any issues.
The customer service I have experienced has been amazing. Our agent, Ivanna. Resolved the issue we had straight away, and with nothing to do from our side. She looked into our Awin Feed and made sure it worked on both sides after we made some changes to the code on our end. It was amazing to have someone so professional and polite look at the issue and have it resolved so quick and offering further by keeping an eye on the issue for the next 24 hours. Honestly can not thank Ivanna enough.
Mulwi has been, by far, the best feed management tool we have used so far. It is extremely fast, accurate, and simple enough to manage feeds efficiently without unnecessary complexity.
Whenever more complex situations arise, the support team is always ready to help and does so with great professionalism and friendliness. This is exactly what earned my 5-star rating one of the best technical support experiences I’ve ever had in any application.
