Ottima app e assistenza clienti davvero eccellente. Ho avuto un problema tecnico con la visualizzazione della chat nel tema del mio sito e il supporto mi ha aiutato in modo rapido, gentile e molto professionale. Mi hanno seguito passo dopo passo fino alla risoluzione del problema, con grande disponibilità e competenza. È raro trovare un’assistenza così attenta ed efficace. Sono davvero molto soddisfatto sia dell’app che del servizio clienti. Consigliatissima!

So far the app is working perfectly. It was easy to set up and customize. It is really helpful that they are not limited with the Whatsapp icon. They offer you the possibility to choose another social media app

Funciona bastante bien a excepción de que la opción Enviar URL del producto en el chat no funciona y también desparece y hay que volver a entrar a la configuración y vuelve a aparecer.

L'app è veramente comoda e semplice nel suo utilizzo come nella configurazione, inoltre è utilissima per la gestione dei messaggi da parte degli utenti del nostro sito.
Per me ottima e must have!
