I kept reading people say - it's taking so long... no answer.... being charged... and I thought - THEY ARE just a bunch of complainers....

NOPE... that's not the case 2 months later - still no answer... and their emails are just to tell you... "keep on waiting".....

this company SUCKS... do yourself a favor... and DON'T USE IT.

Ivr ben using the app and its been great..until now..I try to access my app and it says service unavailable for 3 days now

REVIEW UPDATE
Very disappointed.. These guys were amazing when we first got the app. Now there are all sorts of issues, their page is down, I cannot access my dashboard and they are not returning emails. I'm paying for this service and would expect at least a reply to my emails.

We've had an amazing experience with My Mobile App. Initially Apple did give us a few delays with deployment, but the customer service from My Mobile App was truly professional and efficient. Eventually our App was approved and we are now live. This is by far one of the best value apps around, and appeals to the millennium generation so it's perfect for online retail. I had initially posted a negative review based on a miscommunication between Gil (the COO) and myself. We cleared things up, and all is well. To be totally honest, they're not a bad company. They were thrown a serious roadblock and they're doing their best to get through it and keep their customers happy while they do it. If you have an issue with them, get in contact with them and they'll get back with you as soon as they can. I've realized that it's not the right time for my company to have an app. We have a lot more groundwork to lay before it's time, but when I need one again this is the company I will go with.

Hi, i dont know why i can not open my app to check my current status. it said the time that use to verify is not correct

Not a bad app. Very slow on load because it just loads the website, but once loaded it's speedy and works just fine.

App is slow and has bugs. Tried to remove off app store but no response from mymobile app after a couple of weeks. Beware before getting this. We now have customers downloading our buggy app and there is nothing we can do about it.

Terrible Its been 9 days and still no app on both platforms customer service is slow and dont have a timeline for my app!
