A large selection of products. Have had quick delivery to most of our customers. Had one item missing on an order to a customer and they took ownership of the issue and appropriately worked with us to make things right.

Be careful, inventory system is outdated and old, there is no real time inventory update and many orders are cancelled, my seller account was banned because of many orders were cancelled, if you are selling on a marketplace your account will get banned
In addition, support is getting unfriendly and order processing sometimes slow and even more than 2 days

I work with them and they actually have best customer support and fast 2-day shipping, all my customers are happy with shipping and quality
We want to address this review transparently and fairly. While we acknowledge that our fulfillment process is not perfect, we strongly disagree with the implication that the majority of orders were affected. We successfully processed and shipped approximately 99% of your orders, and only a small percentage were canceled due to inventory sync issues related to a temporary technical problem we have already been actively working to resolve.
As clearly stated within our platform, inventory updates currently sync every 12–24 hours, and we have always been transparent about this while continuing to improve our system. Thousands of sellers continue to successfully operate using our platform daily.
Regarding your marketplace account issues, your account status and marketplace policies are outside of our control. We also note that you have joined and canceled our service multiple times over an extended period while operating across several marketplaces.
We appreciate that your original review acknowledged our fast shipping, product quality, and customer support, which reflects the experience of the vast majority of our customers. We remain committed to improving our systems and providing the best possible service to all sellers.
I truly enjoy using this app. It is very user-friendly, offers a wide variety of products, and significantly enhances my store’s overall appearance. It has also improved my efficiency, making daily operations much smoother. I highly recommend it.

I have used this app a few times for my website. I didn't understand how everything worked the first couple of times but Edmund is very fast to answer questions about the app, their services, and how their shipping works within the company. I have used this app before. I have re-branded and once again using this app. It is so easy to use, modify and add things. This is a really good App and never had problem with customer service now or before. I sell a lot on eBay and Poshmark. Poshmark requires you to use their shipping label which I send to CC and they use for shipment. They then reimburse your shipment payment when you ordered. Never, ever had any problem with the service.

This is the best app that I use for my online boutique. The Customer service is awesome! you actually speak with a live representative! they take away all doubts according to sizing and the shipping is reliable and extremely fast!! like what more can you ask for when using a quality dropshipping supplier?! If my opinion means anything, the only thing I would suggest is for CC to provide more fashionable, trendy plus size options instead of the typical small, medium and Large sizes other than that this app is amazing and I recommend 1000%
