I use this app and was having an issue with something I apparently was not doing correctly. I went through the chat program on the app and had immediate and very competent service. If the products and shipping are anything even close to the customer service I have experience, this app is worth every penny!

I use this App to upload inventory to my store. It's quick and easy to use! I also like that they offer free marketing material you can use.

I love CCFashion App, for me is the best App here on shopify to sell Drop ship products . The customer service Team is very friendly and they send products very fast to customers. They also have great deals on shipping rates. We just need a little more discounts on the products. I also recommend to please Add some men's products asap. CCfashion is focused on women's cloths and we need for males too. But anyways thanks for the great service. I do recommend your App.

Recently, I purchased the ready made store thru Shopify. Although my relationship with MY ONLINE STORE is still fairly new, I do have some things to say about them that I hope you find of some value.
First, let's talk about value for a minute. For a hundred bucks, where are you going to find a company that will provide you with your very own website that comes stocked full of 500 or so very sellable and fashionable items for you to re-sell thru that site at twice what those items cost you? And it appears to me that there's really even more room there to raise your price even more than double and still remain competitive. I know I've already given the price of this website away, but if I hadn't have done that, what would you guess your cost to be for what is basically a fully functional, stocked and ready to open store website? So as I was plugging around the web in search of something like that, I was guessing that I'd be facing at least a $500.00 bill and probably even more. I won't go into how pleasantly pleased I was to stumble onto the pages of MY ONLINE STORE. It was all I was looking for and it was a hundred bucks! Now THAT is the kind of value that I'm talking about. Real value.

Another thing that is of great value and is becoming a rarity in times like we're in is that these folks actually DO what they tell you they'll do. I know can you believe that? So if you are the kind of person who actually keeps your word whether it's convenient to do or not, then you can appreciate the value in dealing with a company who feels the same way about keeping their word. It's comforting and it begins almost immediately to build trust between the parties. And I don't know that you could put a number on the value of being able to trust your business associates. It certainly would be a large number I assure you that.

So without writing a book here, I'll leave you with this. Because of my tremendously awesomeless computer skills, I had occasion to dial up the old I THINK I REALLY SCREWED THINGS UP AND WHEN I TRIED TO FIX IT i SCREWED IT UP EVEN MORE DEPARTMENT. OK, they may not actually call it that, but I thought maybe pointless humor would help you get to the end of this thing ya know? So anyway, I had an issue of my own creation and I thought how much of a good thing it would be to get someone who knows more of what they're doing to fix it. And I figured they'd fix it and then send a big fat bill for doing it. That's what companies do right? Well they fixed it alright. And there wasn't an associated big fat bill, a medium sized but well built bill, or even a skinny little rail bill. There was no bill! And I don't know what others might have charged me, but I do know that they took time from the business at hand, and dedicated some of it to me and my problem and did not charge me a cent. So you tell me what 's that worth to you? Well if I could give them a few more stars I would. It's well worth that to me. So you need look no further that these folks here to fill your cyber buggy up slam packed full of value. And other than the made up name i of their I THINK I REALLY SCREWED THINGS UP AND WHEN I TRIED TO FIX IT i SCREWED IT UP EVEN MORE DEPARTMENT, you won't find any bullshit here. I hope it helps. It is easy to push items to your store.
Downfall-products sync every 4 hours, and items are always out of stock. The total inventory is very low, so I think they buy as needed. Synching should be instant and in real-time.

2. Customer Service
Customer service sucks!
-They seem to think customer service is replying to emails. It is much more.
-They don't address customers by name.
-The emails have lousy grammar and spelling.
-The emails are sometimes in two or three different colors as if they copy/pasted from somewhere else.
They don't answer questions. You ask three they might only answer one.
-They don't take feedback from customers well.
-I'm a successful store owner, and I refuse to deal with vendors that have no proper business and customer service etiquette

3. Clothes
-The products look like they are for thrift shop stores which don't match my brand, but I saw a few items that I'd like to add and see if my customers want them.
-I can't speak on the quality of the clothes. Do a google search and read some reviews.
-The variety of clothes is not that great for $29 per month.
-The sizing charts are generic. I noticed all of the size charts are the same, but they buy from different manufacturers. When I pointed this out to them, they told me I could return the item, and they've been in business for 15 years. In e-commerce, accurate sizing and measurements are crucial for a great customer buying experience. You can't provide a generic chart and just say well you can return it. The size chart should be accurate for every product. That response is what made me cancel my subscription plan and delete the app.

I really like the idea of this app and would love to give 5 stars if this app can change few things-----
* More fashionable, trendy clothings
* More men clothings
* More stylish shoes
*****Most importantly, please add more stocks! A lot of clothings are either out of inventories or low in stocks!!!! *****

Overall, this app is pretty nice and easy to use. I would like to give it a try and perhaps establish a longer relationship as long as it can improve the things mentioned above.

Great Customer service! I needed help and they were there immediately to answer my questions. I will continue doing business with them.

App was very easy to use in adding products to my store. I did end up uninstalling the app. My reasons for doing so were..............

-Lack of stylish fashions.
-Lack of stylish footwear.
-A majority of the plus style fashions are worn by models who are not plus size. Some of my plus size customers were turned off by this.

I would love it if they offered more urban styles. If the company decides to expand in the styles they offer I would definitely return. I do believe that this may be a good start for some companies just starting in the dropship industry. It's just that for me, my customers are looking for something more stylish and urban similar to the company I mentioned.
