Dissatisfied; we’ve had the embarrassment of having to cancel orders due to items being out of stock. MyOnline Fashion Store needs to improve their inventory, or remove items that aren’t available.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. Our goal is always to ensure inventory stays fully accurate and up to date.
After reviewing your account, we noticed that the app was uninstalled and reinstalled several times with big gaps in between. During those inactive periods, inventory updates could not sync automatically, which may have caused some discrepancies when items sold out.
We truly appreciate your business and patience, and we’re always here to help if you need any assistance reconnecting or verifying your current inventory sync.
My Online Fashion Store is a great company to do business with. I've had a wonderful experience working with the folks there. They have been very attentive and helpful with all the support that I have requested of them. You can call and talk to them on the phone, which is very rare in this industry.
The custom materials that I have ordered have been created with perfection. It's impressive that they have an art department dedicated to the creation of clients' artwork.
The app is a breath of fresh air to utilise. The import of products to Shopify is a breeze, encompassing all the necessary elements for adding new products.
