We uninstalled this app and stopped using it while the store was inactive, yet were still charged across multiple billing cycles.
We flagged this issue starting in November and contacted support multiple times. Responses have been unclear or nonexistent, and the refund has not been processed.
Shopify Support has confirmed that the developer must initiate the refund via their Partner Dashboard. We are still waiting for that to happen.
My first Shopify review, and CreditsYard truly stands out. It’s an excellent solution for improving cash flow, and this apps is by far the best thing I tried. The support is outstanding. They resolved all my issues quickly and clearly. Absolutely worth the price.
We have been using this app for over a year, moving from a loyalty app that used points and was much more expensive. Since the move there has been more use of rewards and their tech support is very responsive. It's really easy for customers who have accounts to spend their store credit.
Crazy, although it does not have a free version, yesterday I started the 7-day trial, but it is definitely worth every coin invested, so far the best rewards app I have used, since it has integration with Shopify POS and my salespeople will be able to sell as always from their cell phones without problems and without having to run to the desktop.
Ive only been using it for a few months but shopify apparently made some changes and now it doesn't work the way it used to and it's too complicated to use at POS and it's too hard to look up the order # which seems to be a different# on the receipt than in the computer and most of the time, it says order# not found. So I've had to manually go in when the customer is standing in front of me and calculate the return and enter it as an adjusted store credit and then redeem it at POS. Such a nightmare because then I have to go into inventory and adjust it for the return. I'm currently looking for a new store credit app to use.
It was issuing store credits when it was not supposed to. we had to uninstall it.

After reviewing your account settings, we noticed that the "Issue automatic store credit for refunds" option was enabled. This feature, which is disabled by default, automatically applies store credit when refunds are processed. It is optional and can be easily turned off in the app’s settings.

This is truly a great API.
Being able to directly adjust Shopify Credit is very convenient.
The support is also smooth and very helpful.
I think it would be great to have ranking and automatic tagging based on the customer's total purchase amount.
However, since this can be done using Flow or other automation tools, it's not an issue.
(But, it would be really nice to have!)
This app is amazing. I got rid of my rewards program and now use this one for cash back and adding store credits to their account. So much easier than manually issuing gift cards. They are always helpful when something isn't working, to get it fixed right away.
My very first review on Shopify - CreditsYard is by far the greatest and most helpful apps! If you are looking for a prepaid system to boost cash flows, or any payment method other than membership and subscription, this apps is by far the best thing I tried. Most important of all, the customer support is awesome! Thanks to Mostafa, all my problems were solved immediately and is definitely more helpful than any other apps support which never answers me directly and is a waste of time.
So go ahead if you are still wondering, this definitely worths the price!
