The app is fine so far. I just have the cheapest tier so I also have the fewest features. It does the basics which is what I'm paying for so no complaints about the actual app. It is a bummer how limited I am with automations and Shopify Flow integrations though. It looks like you have to upgrade to get access to those.
My Shopify theme has a lot of customizations so I basically couldn't set anything up myself, which honestly I expected and is neither here nor there. Why I only gave it 4 stars is because while everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful while we were speaking, it took quite a bit to actually get a response and then get the work done that I requested. Customer service chat was great, and the only way I was able to get anything done. It's just there were a lot of unanswered emails and waiting for responses before I finally decided to turn to chat is all, which was a little frustrating.

少し表示にラグがあることを除けば、優良で便利なアプリだと思います。

The responded quickly and removed leftover code. Though I still think it should be done automaticly, when removing app. But happy with quick response and removel and kind support staff
Tried it and removed it again. After removal my store has insane lots of errors because of there leftover code. I have made an ticket on there site.
I do think its VERY problematic that it does leave code after uninstallment that ruin/leave a lot of errors and issues to be fixed.
I will see if they fix this issue
