Very disappointed. I do NOT recommend. My first candle order came through Walmart and was canceled by the customer after 8 days after having to inform them of not being able to get a response from the supplier on the status of the order/shipping info. I forwarded a shipping label and asked that it be used (no response), I sent 2 different emails during the 8 days asking for updates and confirmation of the shipping label provided (no response). Today after sending 2nd email, Hours later I received shipping info, after the customer canceled so a free product for my customer at my businesses expense. The lack of communication and order updates on the app is a No-Go for me. I'm looking to make sales through my store, not purchase products to give away. Not a good idea for a new shop trying to establish itself as reputable.
All the negative reviews almost drove me away. Once i got ahold of Chloe though things have been very smooth. I had to go through shopify to get ahold of her. Shipping times are probably not as quick as id like, but they do ship orders generally within 96 hours, though one order went about 24 hours longer.
They have a fantastic selection of scents, very reasonable shipping costs, and the labels on the candles look fantastic. Overall my experience has been good. Im about to launch my store, will update about a month in.
I would not recommend using this if you want a supplier you can communicate with. I tried to reach out them to get a few questions answered, but I've never get any response. I removed the app from my website without ordering because I don't want to risk my business. If I have any problems with my customers in the future, I don't want them to feel ignored.
Zero Stars would be more appropriate! I have attempted to reach out to them to get a few questions answered, but I've never received any response. I brought this to the attention of Shopify and they simply stated it was a 'free' app so I should not expect much in the way of support. That was the wrong answer if you ask me. I have another app (unrelated) that I use that is technically free and they have the best support I've ever received (Hulk Code). I am hopeful there are other apps I can work with to offer candles because the idea is brilliant for my industry, but this app and the service is basically non-existent. I do not recommend this at all.
I do not recommend using them. I ordered the sample pack and after 10 days I contacted them only to get a refund without any explanation. I still went ahead and used them thinking that the previous incident was due to being super busy during the holidays. I had an order placed on the 19th of January that has yet to be processed. Candlefy, however, has taken their payment. I have emailed twice and have yet to receive a reply or a refund!
I would not recommend using this if you want a supplier you can communicate with and you want your candles shipped out less than 10 days. Every order we have had with them has taken on average 10 or more days to even ship. We tried on 3 or more times to email them and use the Contact us feature but never received a response. The Candles are really good but this idea of using them for dropshipping is not realistic. I will be taking my business some where else.
I love the ease of designing and importing, I did get an error message on my first try of importing a design, but give it a little time and try again, works great. Thank you so much! Really great app.
So far so good. Everything was easy to setup. I was able to choose the candle scents that I wanted, create and upload my labels and list my candles for sale in my shopify store within an hour. I placed a test order to see how the process worked and to see how the labels came out and I couldn't be more happier. My custom candles look great. I wish they had more scents.
**2nd UPDATE** OK! I AM IN BUSINESS! This company really really worked with me, and that says a ton about them and their core ethics. They were amazing in getting me set up. Thank you so much. **UPDATE* I was, finally contacted by this company... but I still do not have access to the application. I keep getting an error code. I was told I have to make my account public to open the application. I did that, but with no success. As of today, this is my review. I would like my experience to have been better..., but that is not the reality as of today. I was looking forward to trying this company. The first event was that the application send me to an error page. I have contacted the company... but have received no feedback or help to move forward. Too bad, I was interested. :(
