highly recommend kickflip if your business focuses heavily on customized products. The AI assistant can answer 90% of the question when i need help setting the customizer up, and the live agents are almost always there as well.
My only complaint for kickflip is the cost of using it.

We've had a great experience with Kickflip and their support team. After our customizer suddenly stopped working due to Shopify's App Embed integration changes, Cindy quickly investigated the issue, explained exactly what had happened, and their team implemented the required fix for our store. Everything is working perfectly again.

It's a bit of a learning curve, but the customer support makes it much easier. In the end we get to do something that our competitors don't. I strongly dislike that they changed my plan in the old store from a Pay as You Grow to paying a monthly fee. I strongly considered ditching it at that time and I'm still trying to figure out if they still care about smaller businesses trying to grow as the 60 bucks a month is steep for the little guys - especially when the percentage of sales didn't go down significantly. Other than that - 5 stars. We'll see if it's profitable or not.
