Der Service ist extrem schnell und hilft einem bei jedem Problem bis es gelöst ist und die Erklärungen sind super so dass alles rasch gefunden und richtig gestellt werden kann.

Der Preis ist auch total in Ordnung.

Fakt: Könnte mich in keinem Punkt beschweren und kann die App nur weiterempfehlen.

Kickflip is a powerful and flexible product configurator. The app itself works great, but what really stands out is the support team.

Whenever we had a question or ran into an issue, the Kickflip team took the time to help us properly. You can tell they genuinely care about solving the problem, not just giving quick or generic answers. They explain everything clearly, think along with you, and stay involved until everything works perfectly.

It’s rare to find a team that is this patient, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile. You truly feel supported at every step.

It takes a while to understand how to use all the small features in Kickflip, especially if you have something super specific in mind. However, the customer service is incredible, and they are always willing to help.

Works excellent as we had hoped!

After trialling a bunch of product configuration apps we went ahead and used Kickflip. Here is my review:

Firstly, the support team are GREAT and really helpful, get back to every inquiry quickly and are able to offer good advice, thanks Cindy and Elisabeth - we were able to complete our build on time with your help!

The UX is very nice and clean. The logic is easy to use. I believe our project was quite a bit more complicated than some of the others in the demo store. In some instances we had to use many simple conditions because there was not an option for a complex condition. With that said, we were able to achieve absolutely everything we needed - so this is certainly not a criticism.

Have read a couple of other negative reviews here and do not agree with the points they have made - our experience has been excellent throughout.

Kickflip has been great for our custom sportswear items Builder can be as simple or as dynamic as you want it to be, and the support is fast and helpful when needed. Would absolutely recommend it to whomever is looking for a customizer in Shopify.

We looked for a solution to handle hundreds of design options for our Polished and Framed Horseshoes- and Kickflip nailed it! It takes time to learn all the ins and outs but once they're clear- you're all set. They also have a very friendly and responsive customer support (shout out to Cindy!).
