Limiting to 4 stars for now as I'm new to this app and have only added one product so far to test functionality - a product which required the most detailed setup and a vital test to determine whether this app was suitable for me or not.
I'd already tried pretty much every other customiser app (no joke) and found that a key piece of functionality was missing in each one - very frustrating as my requirements are standard, and I lost a lot of time trying other apps only to find out that they do not cover everything I need.
Kickflip covers all of my requirements so far and, very importantly, the Kickflip Service Team were responsive when needed and resolved an issue for me swiftly, keeping me updated along the way.

I'm new to Kickflip, so this is a limited rating. It is not an intuitive app - so it's taking me a long time to work on 1 product. There are not a lot of tutorials - that makes it challenging to figure things out. With all that being said - the tech support is OUTSTANDING! They are quick to answer and very helpful. I'm looking forward to learning to use the app in the most powerful way to allow my customers the ability to create a product they can be proud of.

One of a kind unique service thats a hidden gem for Shopify users looking to create an e-commerce store that sells bespoke or customisable goods. Customer support is by far the best of any application we've used to date, and whilst using the software can be a little tricky at first, its easy to get the hang of and gives you huge amounts of freedom for extremely generous pricing/plan options that no other service attempting similar can offer.

I found Kickflip from Shopify App search. After comparing with others, I know this is exactly what I need to customise my handmade leather product. But for someone like me with very poor IT and Photoshop knowledge, at the beginning, it's really frustrated to handle. I tried to seek support via App chat just before giving up. The team replied me very quick. Guide me step by step patiently and clearly. All is amazing! I just set up my shop and really enjoyed it! I will definitely use the App again for my other products.

This app is a complete solution for personalization. The app is complete and very user-friendly. If you get stuck they have great support and are always willing to help in order to get your idea back on track. I wish there were more videos in order to further learn. I want to know more about print ready files.

I'm using this app in order to allow my customers to customize their T-shirts before placing an order. The tool is amazing!! It was a little challenging in the beginning for me to figure everything out, but with dedication and time I was able to build an amazing tool!! And anytime I needed assistance or help, or had a question, I was able to talk with a representative. They are very very helpful and fast at responding and really care about you! I am more than happy with the app and would recommend anybody who is looking for a customizer to use this app! Also they are affordable and very high quality.

Wonderful support team! Great options to set up your customizer. Very easy to use for a basic product like e.g. a t-shirt, but by adding logical rules in the background also suitable for a more complex customization.
My only suggestion for improvement: It would save a lot of time and brain power if questions and rules could be duplicated.

I sell neon led signs and this app was super helpful in creating my live preview customizer for my customers. It saves me so much time on having to quote each individual customer. It is super easy to use and beginner friendly however if you have any questions they have people to assist you . Jackie Richardson helped me out with all my needs and questions and I have nothing bad to say about her she was beyond helpful !!!

Was going to hire a developer for our site for a custom developed customizer but thought would try out the Shopify App Store first. Installed the top 6 apps in this customizer area and pretty much immediately uninstalled them all apart from this one! The user interface is easy, the logic rules and the support is insane! Was on a call with Jackie within 2 hours and she gave me a walkthrough and extra advice. I’m sure this app will have 1000’s of reviews over the next few years and be the leader in this space. I also run a Shopify design agency with over 200+ clients a month and will be recommending this app to all clients. Great job guys!!

We have been using MyCustomizer to build our service for designing teamwear for sports club. It's a platform that is easy to use and understand – both from our side, but also from our customers' perspective.
This is one of the best customizing apps, and I checked a LOT! This app does exactly what I need it to do, which is surprisingly hard to find with a product customizer. After getting the app the company offer's you a 30 min. session in which you can ask and/or go over any kinks you need to, in order to get your customizer just right. The team is super nice and helpful! If you are looking for a great customizer, I highly recommend this one!
Great logic and UX with reasonable pricing plus a responsive support makes this great software. I do recommend and look forward to future development.
