Eligibility requirements

To use the MyDeal.com.au channel, you need to:

• Sell in AUD
• Sell products and maintain listing details that are fully compliant with Australian * Consumer and Product Safety Laws
• Have possession of stock and/or ownership of goods, we do not allow for sellers to utilise third party dropshippers for product sales and fulfilment in an effort to minimise the risk to customers
• Deliver products Australia-wide with a maximum delivery time frame of 15 days and without having to provide a freight quote (some exceptions made for bulky items)
• Have the ability to respond to customer service enquiries within 48 hours and resolve warranty claims or fulfilment issues within 10 business days.
