Proactive partnership:
Instead of the usual “we’ll add it to the roadmap” boilerplate, MyGLS actively looks for ways to improve our workflow. Their emails feel like conversations with an in-house dev team, not a distant vendor.

Feature requests = same-day releases:
I asked for automatic Out_for_delivery emails (which weren't supported); Ákos shipped the update at 2 a.m. and let me know before breakfast. Unheard-of responsiveness.

Parcel-shop and parcel-locker pickup done right:
GLS is steering merchants toward using parcel lockers with better rates. We’d wanted this for ages but didn’t have the bandwidth to build it. The app handled it perfectly out of the box—and when we spotted a geolocation glitch, Ákos patched it in two days.

Time-saving premium extras:
Uploading a simple CSV to mark COD orders as paid sounds small, but it eliminated a daily manual chore.

All told, this app gave us seamless label printing, pinpoint parcel-shop selection, and support that feels genuinely invested in our success. Five stars, no hesitation.

Szerintem egy nagyon jó appról beszélünk, nagyon tetszik a kosár oldalon beépített integráció, ami könnyen kezelhető és a vásárlók is szeretik. Ákos nagyon szépen beépített mindent és bekonfigurálta a dolgokat, rendkívül segítőkész volt. A free, ingyenes csomagon voltam, aztán nemrég váltottam a premium csomagra, ugyanis az tartalmazza az MPL-t is. Nagyon meg vagyok elégedve. 5 csillag!

There are several ways to integrate your webshop with GLS, so it can be a little unclear at first which way is best for you, but luckily there is fantastic customer support and an excellent collaborator Ákos who will be happy to help you with everything, even on weekends. All in all, the application is good and solves the issue of GLS integration completely.

This app is a huge help for managing GLS shipping – it's easy to use, works reliably, and saves a lot of time. The customer support is lightning-fast and professional, we received quick answers to all of our questions. Highly recommended for any Shopify store that works with GLS!

Amikor azt hittem, hogy megint jön a szokásos idegőrlő ügyintézés, akkor jött a MyGLS Professional Support… és letette az asztalra a magyar logisztikai elit programozó szintjét.

Nem hárítanak, nem mismásolnak, megoldanak. Gyorsan. Pontosan. Emberien.
Amikor gondom volt, nem kértek huszonhat képernyőképet meg három eskü alatt tett nyilatkozatot – csak tették a dolgukat, mint egy gép.

Az egyetlen aplikáció ami valóban működik, számomra a magyar support is fontos volt. Gyorsak es segítőkészek voltak. Telepítették, és beállították a MyGls-t. Ajánlom !
