We had a fantastic experience with the MyGLS Plugin Lite app. The support team was incredibly responsive — we received answers to our questions within minutes. The entire implementation process, from installation to full functionality, was completed in under 30 minutes!

It's been a long time since I've been this satisfied with a service like I am with MyGLS Professional. I installed it in the afternoon, and within just a few hours, the entire system was fully set up and ready to use in my webshop. Ákos answered all of my questions and provided professional support throughout. I highly recommend it to everyone!
I had an excellent experience with the MyGLS Professional Shopify app. I installed it late at night, and by early morning, the map integration was already set up and working perfectly. The customer service is outstanding, providing quick and efficient support whenever needed. The app runs smoothly and meets all my expectations. I can only recommend it to others!
Update after 1 year of use: after the experiences of the first few weeks, if it is possible to rate the satisfaction level higher than 5 stars, we would! In addition, the app has developed a lot in the last 1 year, so we can now use it to set up the mandatory MPL packages - this in itself saves a lot of time, but the editability of GLS Hungarian and Romanian package points within the app is also a huge help. 100% recommended! :)
Just added the app to our webshop but love it already! It will saves bunch of time and energy...and customer service is 10 out of 10!

Feature requests = same-day releases:
I asked for automatic Out_for_delivery emails (which weren't supported); Ákos shipped the update at 2 a.m. and let me know before breakfast. Unheard-of responsiveness.
Parcel-shop and parcel-locker pickup done right:
GLS is steering merchants toward using parcel lockers with better rates. We’d wanted this for ages but didn’t have the bandwidth to build it. The app handled it perfectly out of the box—and when we spotted a geolocation glitch, Ákos patched it in two days.
Time-saving premium extras:
Uploading a simple CSV to mark COD orders as paid sounds small, but it eliminated a daily manual chore.
All told, this app gave us seamless label printing, pinpoint parcel-shop selection, and support that feels genuinely invested in our success. Five stars, no hesitation.
