We had a fantastic experience with the MyGLS Plugin Lite app. The support team was incredibly responsive — we received answers to our questions within minutes. The entire implementation process, from installation to full functionality, was completed in under 30 minutes!

It's been a long time since I've been this satisfied with a service like I am with MyGLS Professional. I installed it in the afternoon, and within just a few hours, the entire system was fully set up and ready to use in my webshop. Ákos answered all of my questions and provided professional support throughout. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I had an excellent experience with the MyGLS Professional Shopify app. I installed it late at night, and by early morning, the map integration was already set up and working perfectly. The customer service is outstanding, providing quick and efficient support whenever needed. The app runs smoothly and meets all my expectations. I can only recommend it to others!

Unfortunately, in Shopify, through billing with Oblio Software, MyGLS Professional is not very helpful if you have the basic plan at Shopify.
And to move to the higher plan at Shopify costs you 45 dollars more, from 24 dollars, to 69.
Otherwise, Oblio does not invoice through the basic plan at Shopify, appearing the error "Custom Level 2 PII error".
If MyGLS Professional had the billing option, like xConnector it would be a top application, even if you had paid some extra money.
For a few orders sent to the locker, it is not worth moving to the higher plan at Shopify...
P.S. Anyway, let me not forget, thousands of thanks to Akos for his patience and promptness in implementing MyGLS Professional on my website.All 5 stars are for him, otherwise the application would not deserve 5 stars as it was not completely for my wishes.

Update after 1 year of use: after the experiences of the first few weeks, if it is possible to rate the satisfaction level higher than 5 stars, we would! In addition, the app has developed a lot in the last 1 year, so we can now use it to set up the mandatory MPL packages - this in itself saves a lot of time, but the editability of GLS Hungarian and Romanian package points within the app is also a huge help. 100% recommended! :)

Just added the app to our webshop but love it already! It will saves bunch of time and energy...and customer service is 10 out of 10!
