It's been a long time since I've been this satisfied with a service like I am with MyGLS Professional. I installed it in the afternoon, and within just a few hours, the entire system was fully set up and ready to use in my webshop. I asked for automatic Out_for_delivery emails (which weren't supported); Ákos shipped the update at 2 a.m. and let me know before breakfast. Unheard-of responsiveness.

Parcel-shop and parcel-locker pickup done right:
GLS is steering merchants toward using parcel lockers with better rates. We’d wanted this for ages but didn’t have the bandwidth to build it. The app handled it perfectly out of the box—and when we spotted a geolocation glitch, Ákos patched it in two days.

Time-saving premium extras:
Uploading a simple CSV to mark COD orders as paid sounds small, but it eliminated a daily manual chore.

All told, this app gave us seamless label printing, pinpoint parcel-shop selection, and support that feels genuinely invested in our success. Five stars, no hesitation.
