Desktop works fine except the tour pop should be turned off after a while. Phone version is annoying to use but it gets the job done. If there was a better app available for the phone I would likely take it, but for now this is the best available.

Re: the Tour, once disabled/closed it should not re-appear, unless perhaps you cleared your browser cookies. If it does, let us know via live chat and we can look int it for you straight away.

For the mobile version, if there is a specific issue you have, let us know or send a screenshot and we will see if we can improve for you!

Great app in Shopify except for the fact that you can't have more than one package per consignment. Therefore large orders require a separate parcel or parcels entered.

Please note: It is a MyPost Business limitation you are referring to, not a limitation of our app.

MyPost Business only allows one package (label) per order. We do have a workaround, by generating multiple labels (see how help docs at help.sellerdash.io).

Our app does support multiple labels/package per order but this is only natively supported by Auspost eParcel (Parcel Contract) accounts (which you can also link, if you have one).

I hope that clarifies it.

The app has been great for my business. I just wish it allowed you to cancel and recreate a package, or create two in the first place and directly in the app, as customers sometimes change their mind, have multiple pacakges or, as it’s easy to select the wrong size by mistake.

Thanks for your review and the comments.

If you make a mistake or need to print a new label, you can reset the order in our app using Actions > Reset Order.
Unfortunately, Australia Post doesn't allow external apps to request a label refund if you need to cancel one, so you need to contact them to do that.

As for multiple parcels for a MyPost Business shipment, Australia Post doesn't have that facility.

However, we do have a workaround, so if you search our online help or reach out to our support team about multiple parcels per shipment, we can assist.

Great - no more typing in long names and addresses. I can set up commonly used box sizes and weights too. Has saved me a lot of time every day!

Doesn't print all labels at the same time which would be helpful, also having problems linking it properly with 4x6 labels to my printer.

Thanks for the review.

I checked your label settings, and you can change one simple config option to
A) print 4x6" labels and
B) print them in bulk.

Go to CARRIERS tab, click the blue pencil icon to edit your Carrier Settings, go to Print Settings and choose 'A6 1 per page' instead of your current A4 settings, and this will solve both problems.

Very good app. Would be even better if it were possible to: 1. Create shipping the order manually in the app; 2. Reprint the label after fulfilment.

Labels can be reprinted from within the MyPost portal for 48hrs, and if has been longer than that, we now have a feature where you can reprint labels from the Tracking page in our app too!

Great app for putting through Australia Post. Hitting "Fulfill" within the app also adds the tracking to the order. (The only issue is that function is only on the desktop app - you have to scan and add the tracking in the mobile app). The only other minor thing is to check your printer is in High RES mode for the shipping label so it scans at Australia Post. Otherwise its all great.

the people on help the help chat were super helpful and were able to fix my shipping issue that shopify werent able to sort out several times for me. Really happy Ive got everything set up correctly now with their help
