This app is incredible! It makes the whole postage process super easy, no copy and pasting, it has all the info in one place. It sync seamlessly with Shopify so I know my customers are getting their updates. Will be recommending this app to everyone I know who has a shopify store.
Saving time, reducing errors and loving this app! I initially didn't want to have to pay extra for an app when I could manually enter myself into Aus Post. But after making a few errors on addresses and receiving a higher number of orders, this has been so beneficial. Thank you!
Have been using this app for a few weeks now and it is almost 5 stars. It is simple to use and saves a lot of time in preparing AusPost labels and updating tracking into Shopify. Our main disappointment is that the invoice printing does not pick up the invoice layout from Shopify so it requires either printing invoices separately in Shopify to use your own defined invoice layout, or accepting the layout in the app to print the invoices from within the app (which is the much more efficient way to go). We have suggested to SellerDash to access the Shopify definition and use that for invoice printing in the app. With this feature, definitely 5 stars. Really great and very timely support is provided. Discussion of order/invoice layout with the developer has clarified why, and what can and may be included in future. Up to 5 stars. A really good, easy to use app.
Outstanding!! The best choice we have made for our business. Setup is simple and so easy to use and the best part is the outstanding service. When I open a chat, they usually respond have any questions answered within minutes.
The app is fantastic, but the customer service is even better. No question is too small or too difficult.

The first version of the app was fantastic, I loved it! Then a newer version came out which I found difficult to use. The developers are great, they address and solve problems quickly. The second version is a little over complicated for my liking, but I've settled in with it and know my way around it. Now I wish it had a "hold" function, for when a customer wants me to put an order aside for weeks or even months!
Hi, thanks for the feedback. We spent the last month making some more improvements to the order display, so the new view is much more like the previous app, along with a bunch of order improvements in app speed and features.
As for the display, we added a 'Dense' view which is like the previous app.
For changing Satchel size, an order does not have to be expanded. Just click on the Package details in the order grid, and you can change packaging information quickly.
We support many customers with different requirements, and a carrier that has many options and features.
We also have very active support via Live Chat so if you have queries it is best to ask for support and we could be happy to assist.

Great app! Works great and saves a lot of time. Would love to see the ability to print the orders or split shipments.
I am loving this app and am loving how much time it is saving me exporting and fulfilling my orders! It's really easy to navigate which is amazing and neatly displays all the information you need. I didn't require any support for set up as the set up information was clear and it didn't take me long to get used to at all. Overall it's been a lifesaver and I recommend it for any Australian business needing help with their Auspost orders. Thanks guys!
