Not only did he record a video demonstrating how to fix the issue, but he also took the initiative to resolve it himself. Additionally, he shared some valuable tips at the end of the video.

Honestly the best app there is for shipping labels, it makes life so much easier and super fast. Probably the best customer service I have experienced also, if you have an issue and you contact the support team they respond almost instantly. Highley recommend this app
This app has really help our small business cut time with processing orders, when we had some issues with our weights Nathan waas super helpful and clear with how we fix all issues.
I want to start my review by saying that the customer service has been exceptional, which as a new business, starting out, has been invaluable. The speed and professionalism and detail in responses has been very much appreciated - especially tailored screen recordings to help me. I find the app extremely easy to use, it has really streamlined my processes and I have been able to do everything I need to (except provide labels to post simple letters but that's not a huge deal for me, just worth noting and I believe it may be coming in the future). Thanks team for all the help and support!
