Merchants appreciate this app for its ability to automate shipping tasks, such as creating labels and integrating seamlessly with Shopify, which boosts workflow efficiency. Its user-friendly interface features address verification and preset dimensions, enhancing shipping logistics management. The app supports direct label printing and automatic updates for payments and tracking. Merchants also value the reliable performance and responsive customer support, including personalized video tutorials.
Desktop works fine except the tour pop should be turned off after a while. Phone version is annoying to use but it gets the job done. If there was a better app available for the phone I would likely take it, but for now this is the best available.

Re: the Tour, once disabled/closed it should not re-appear, unless perhaps you cleared your browser cookies. If it does, let us know via live chat and we can look int it for you straight away.

Great app in Shopify except for the fact that you can't have more than one package per consignment. Therefore large orders require a separate parcel or parcels entered.

Please note: It is a MyPost Business limitation you are referring to, not a limitation of our app.
MyPost Business only allows one package (label) per order. We do have a workaround, by generating multiple labels (see how help docs at help.sellerdash.io).
Our app does support multiple labels/package per order but this is only natively supported by Auspost eParcel (Parcel Contract) accounts (which you can also link, if you have one).
I hope that clarifies it.
