Title: Fraudulent Charges, Zero Support – Avoid at All Costs

This app is a scam.

After uninstalling the app, they continued to charge my Shopify account without consent, violating both Shopify policy and EU consumer protection laws. Their so-called “support team” is completely unresponsive, ignoring critical issues while continuing to take your money.

I provided every screenshot, every piece of evidence – yet they “lost” it and asked me to resend. Unprofessional, careless, and potentially criminal behavior.

Even after confronting them with legal violations and GDPR breaches, they delayed, made excuses, and hoped I would just give up. This is fraud, plain and simple.

If you value your money, your time, and your sanity – stay away from this app and this company. I will be pursuing legal action and reporting them to Shopify, the European Consumer Centres Network, and relevant authorities.

They should be permanently banned from the Shopify App Store.
