I've been using Navidium Returns for 2 years now. It has made my business run smoothly at a fraction of the cost of the big players. Over the last 2 years, we've ran into nuance scenarios and the team was able to help us resolve them! If you need returns for your business, this is a no brainer!!
I do recommend the team to build onboarding videos when they launch new features so it's more self service.
I spent weeks going over different return platforms - all of the big guys - and wasn't impressed with their customization features, pricing, and lack of features we needed for our small beauty tech business.
The Navidium team was recommended in a Shopify Plus forum, and after demoing the platform, I knew this was going to be the right one for our business. The entire team has been incredibly helpful with onboarding, operations, updates, and is very pleasant to communicate with. I really feel like we have a custom system for our customers and business and it has saved us from needing to hire 2 additional agents to handle return volume in Q4 - huge! I recommend Navidium to anyone looking for an easy to navigate (for customers and agent) return management software. It has been almost 3 months for us and we are very happy.
