Best Shipping insurance and customer service on Shopify. A++++++
So far, I'm not impressed. They installed the app and code into our website and since then the app is extremely slow to load, the setting reset so once you place the amount of money you want to charge the customer for insurance, the data is erased the next day and the learn more button isn't visible. I find that to be the most concerning as I saw another shopify store complain about this last year! The support team has yet to get back to me on any of my concerns.
Thank you for sharing your feedback and experience. I'm Marc one of the co-founders of Navidium App. I took a look at all the past communication over the last few days, as well as tested the app and functionality on your site myself as well.
Looks like we got everything sorted out for you yesterday, and on my testing I discovered another bug that we just sorted out for you as well.
The widget loading speed seems to be quite quick right now (thankfully!) And all the settings seem to be saving properly.
My hunch (we still investigating) for why it wasn't initially saving might have to do with the auto install being done originally and not being fully done when we switched it to manual install. But regardless looks like now everything is working properly.
The nature of this app is that it is a bit of a complex process, and since it has to play with so many other apps, themes, and carts, the risk is that sometimes bugs show up that we either haven't solved in past, or have never encountered before. Our team aims to resolve these usually within the first few days of onboarding (which is why we always offer 7 day free trial) so that we know our merchants are heading off to the races with the most stable set up.

This app adds a lot of AOV to our stores and with the help of their amazing developer Joul everything is fixed within minutes!
Truly a one-of-a-kind solution to an interesting variety of problems, I recommend Navidium hands down. Not to mention their co-founder Marc is a down to earth, problem solving go-getter with a fantastic attitude. It's hard to write about it without sounding like I'm a shill, but I've had a great experience so far. If you're wondering if you should give it a go, here's your sign.
This app has been amazing! Navidium provides great peace of mind for customers at very low rate, we could see a slight increase on our checkout conversion rate! Definitely recommend.

Navidium has been a complete lifesaver for us after dealing with the problematic Route app. Navidium gives us more flexibility to price our shipping protection and allows us to further elevate of brand's trust with our customers by allowing us to private label the shipping protection with "our" company's name, opposed to marketing another company's name like Route.

Navidium has been amazing with updates, installation and features. Definitely makes it easy to manage 1 on 1 customer issues which is very important when it comes to customer satisfaction. I definitely feel at home with the navidium crew and I'm looking forward to how they progress in the e-commerce world.
So much better than money-hungry R#@te who denied any revenue sharing when we threatened to leave because so many competitors were offering it. We wanted to support a local brand, but it was clear that they did not want to work with us and keep us as a customer. It was all about making money for them and in the end, they lost out because we left. We didn't even switch to a new provider for the past 6 months. That's how pissed we were.
Navidium puts you in the driver's seat and was installed by the team in 24 hours. The next order we had, the customer added Navdium to the cart!

This is a great app that every DTC ecom business needs to have. It's very easy to install and use (and their support is excellent if you run into any issues) and it instantly increased our revenue, as well as customer satisfaction. It's one of those rare apps that is really a Win-Win for every side. Every day you don't have this app on your store is leaving money on the table.
Excellent customer service and value. Our customers use it and love it. We can offer lower priced shipping protection and both our customers and we come out ahead.
Customer service is prompt, friendly and you get a real person! The app is new to me but so far so good and my customers are opting for the insurance. It's a win-win and I'm stoked to have found an app that doesn't take a percentage of profit share.

Great app! but it's screwing with our pixel by Duping conversions! Waiting to hear from the dev with a fix. Make sure you check your events to make sure this is not happening to you if you're advertising on FB.
2/21/23 Update: Ok so after a few weeks of digging under the hood of our Pixel set up with CAPI we noticed after doing some research that: You should NOT have the FB Pixel both on the Preference page under online store set up as this creates the duplication of conversion events.
Test it out and i suggest adding it to the FAQ on the app so others look into that and see if it helps them if they come across that issue.

Have used this for ~2 - 3 months now with great results. We ran a test and it indeed product more average contribution dollars per user than without Navidium. The team also helped us with an extensive & tricky custom install. Highly recommend!
This app is a game changer! It increases your revenue so easily. We installed it on all our stores. Their customer support is outstanding, and they keep on adding upgrades and improvements to it. This app is a very useful app that has improved customer experience greatly and given us the flexibility to cover claims that otherwise wouldn't have been.
One of the best apps (if not the best) to easily add 1-3% or even more revenue to your bottom line by becoming your own shipping insurer. Brilliant idea from great team. After some hiccups and bugs during installation, the Navidium team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help bring the app and its full potential to our store. This is by far the best customer service x dev support I think might exist in the app store today. I can't wait to start taking implementing all of the hard work put in on our store. Installation was fast and seamless. The app immediately worked to bring in additional revenue to our stores with a 85% conversion rate. Highly recommend this to all stores. We love it and thanks for the extra revenue boost.
Great app!! So much better to be able to handle claims on your own vs going through another app that may or may not pay out claims. Customer service is very responsive and fast as well :)
Wonderful app! Super easy set up. Marc was wonderful. We're now capturing revenue to offset the costs that we eat when handling returns and damages ourselves that insurance doesn't cover.
This is a brilliant solution for a problem we're all currently facing - shipping issues. The cost is super fair and this dev is absolutely next level! They had me up and running the same day I installed and the app works beautifully. It also looks great on my checkout and is totally unobtrusive! Highly recommend.

Great app! It's so crazy to see how customers will pay for peace of mind. After installing Navidium, we have seen a 60% opt-in rate so far and their support team is amazing. They set up the app for us and made sure everything is working as expected. If you're looking to increase your bottom line revenue and create your own shipping insurance, I would definitely recommend using this app.
The app is great does exactly what you want and our take rate is insanely high its to early to give an exact percentage since we have only had a couple of orders with this app installed but out of 10 order 10 of them has added this to the cart for 1.99 USD and which have earned us 20 USD extra for free already. and the support is beyond amazing they respond quickly and fixes any issues you have as soon as possible

This app has been a gamechanger for our customer service practices and increasing revenue. It makes reshipping items much more economically viable since we now get extra revenue from the shipping insurance. This has made customers more happy. Additionally, we've seen an uptick in the amount of checkouts, possibly because customers feel more secure with a guarantee. This works great!

This shipping protection app helped us come up with a clear strategy for handling lost packages: no purchase, no replacement. It looks very clean and trustworthy on the site & we've had sigificant buy-in from customers. The best part is the back-end portal with claim submission & revenue tracker! This helps us easily track our number of reshipments per month and how that affects our bottom line. Marc has provided excellent app support and customer service as well. We've tried route (pricey) & Shiptection (dashboard never worked) - Navidium wins hands down.
We operate three Shopify stores. Two of them have Route and we have not been particularly happy with the service they provide. In fact, it seemed that Route would fight with my customers any time they would try to make a claim on a lost or stolen package. I came to believe that Route makes a lot of money off of me and stores like mine for very little except security theater in return. When I heard about Navidium, the developers got my attention immediately when they gracefully explained that they had a similar experience with companies like Route. They developed Navidium to make the process more streamlined -- which helps us act faster to resolve customer situations than we ever could with Route. With our crazy tight margins, we would never be able to afford this type of service on our own. Navidium makes it possible for us to offer the same service as Route at a similar cost to the customer but much faster. We can be more responsive and resolve customer shipping issues better, with more of our excellent high-touch customer service and empathy baked into the process as well. It is also very nice to make additional income for providing this high-quality service, instead of sending all that money to Route so they can fight with my clients. I want our customers to be treated like gold at every phase of their shopping experience with us. If Navidium performs as promised, we will probably move our other stores to this service someday too!
