We have been using this app for the last 6+ months and it has been amazing with no issue. The team is easy to work with and resolve all inquiry and issue in a timely manner. Business is tough in this economy and what Navidium has provided to our small company is another option to survive and compete with the big company. Thank you Navidium!

Excellent app, easy installation and quickly added additional revenue to our business. We were getting lots of packages that customers said they didn't receive or were stolen, this helps recoup those losses. It's really a no brainer and after reviewing other shipping insurance apps like shipinsure, route etc, i found this one to be the most straightforward and exactly what we were looking for.

A must add to your site. This app helps lessen the burden with associated costs for stolen, lost, and damaged shipments. Definitely a game changer.

We love the Navidium app - we have used other shipping protection apps and this one is by far the best. We wanted a simple app that lets us protect ourselves and our customers without having to deal with the carriers, as we all know is impossible.

We really wanted an app that allows us to protect ourselves, easily track claims, and still give great customer service, we didn't want an app that would rip off our customers and we did not want an app to use solely as a revenue driver, this app does just that and we can easily control how much we charge for it.

The team has also been great, and the app is easy to use, no complaints and this app far outweighs the other options! :)

We've been running this shipping protection app for a more than a year now. It's been great. We tried a couple other shipping protection apps in the past. I love how with Navidium I can support our customers rather than sending them to try to have a claim handled by someone else who really doesn't care about them. We can easily take care of shipping issues for customers who take advantage of the protection. The app works great and if there's ever a glitch (as there can be in all apps) the developers are quick to fix it. The only complaint I have is with myself. I've been so used to not having a dashboard for shipping protection, I forget to use the Navidium dashboard and still use a spreadsheet. I will get there and the dashboard looks handy!

It's a great app! Gives you peace of mind during these crazy days of lost and stolen packages! I would choose this over many of the other apps.

The app is great does exactly what you want and our take rate is insanely high its to early to give an exact percentage since we have only had a couple of orders with this app installed but out of 10 order 10 of them has added this to the cart for 1.99 USD and which have earned us 20 USD extra for free already. and the support is beyond amazing they respond quickly and fixes any issues you have as soon as possible

Had the app for a while now. We charge 2% and have a little over 70% acceptance rate. A few little bug in the software but they seem eager to fix them. While the service fee is kind of high for this program, it pays for itself in about 2 days for us. It really makes it much easier for us and our customers when a shipping issue should occur. I'd say this is a win for everyone. I only found this after FedEx ground lost one of our largest shipments ever, and then declined the claim. (Never let them take a package without scanning it!!)

UPDATE: June 21, 23 - The developer continues to improve their app and am happy to report that is works even better now. Very pleased and I think our customers are happy too. UPS recently lost a $700 shipment, but they failed to scan it, so left us holding the bill. (never let a shipping company tack anything without scanning!)Thanks UPS, but our customer had paid for the shipping protection, and it was an easy decision to replace the order for our customer thanks to this app. Income from the app makes it easy to make these decisions and keep our customers happy. Highly recommended!

We've had navidium for nearly a year now and could not be happier! It gives us more options and control than our other shipping protection company did and the customer service is top notch.
