Great app an a no-brainer for any store. We love the control this app provides and the mutual benefit for us and the customer works out great.
Such a game changer for allowing us to deal with claims in the best way possible. Customer service is stellar. If you are considering Navidium, it's a no brainer in our perspective.
Best app we have found. . So easy to install and use, plus it works great.

This shipping protection app helped us come up with a clear strategy for handling lost packages: no purchase, no replacement. It looks very clean and trustworthy on the site & we've had sigificant buy-in from customers. The best part is the back-end portal with claim submission & revenue tracker! This helps us easily track our number of reshipments per month and how that affects our bottom line. Marc has provided excellent app support and customer service as well. We've tried route (pricey) & Shiptection (dashboard never worked) - Navidium wins hands down.
Great app!! So much better to be able to handle claims on your own vs going through another app that may or may not pay out claims. Customer service is very responsive and fast as well :)
Simple to use. Good Options. You evaluate your own business model and offer insurance to your customer based on your business needs. For example, evaluate your own business model such as:
* Do you have a high chance that your items will break?
* What kind of value is your products like, high or low value?
* low or high fraud risk, and etc.
You should try and see it yourself.
This app is a very useful app that has improved customer experience greatly and given us the flexibility to cover claims that otherwise wouldn't have been.
Having switched over from Route, this app works flawlessly and the integration into the site was extremely smooth! Definitely recommend for any retailers looking to give customers added assurance during checkout for their delivery.
Navidum has been fantastic, their platform is very easy to use and it's a great way to protect both our store and customers from lost parcels or undelivered items. There's a whole suite of tools to take advantage of to also increase upsell opportunities and provide more options for customers.
We love this app. Makes it easy for our customers to sign up for shipping protection and if we get a request to refund a package that was lost or damaged we do it. But as the occurrence is so low it allows us to keep the extra revenue for the protection and in the rare occasion something gets lost, we just pay from that extra revenue stream. This is the best way to handle shipping protection.
We are so happy we found this app and replaced our old shipping protection solution. We save a lot and our customers are happier to!
