Navidium Shipping Protection

Had an absolutely horrendous experience (multiple times!) with Route and through a google search found out about Navidium. I’m so thankful you exist and when problem arise I can be my own customer service support in the broken, damaged, or lost package department!

We absolutely LOVE Navidium! It's the perfect app for providing our customers with shipping protection as well as providing us with an economical way to provide said insurance! They also have incredible customer service! We will stay with them forever...please don't ever go away!

This application is truly remarkable in every aspect. It has provided us with an additional source of income for our store while simultaneously offering an extra layer of security for our customers to ensure their orders. It's a win-win situation for all involved. I also commend Navidium for standing up against Route and fully supporting Navidium in the court battle to preserve the ability of small businesses to thrive based on their beliefs and freedom. We are over the moon with Navidium! It is a brilliant app that makes damaged, lost or stolen package claims easy peasy to process while providing extra revenue for our business, instead of taking said revenue from us.

The app is user-friendly and the claims process is intuitive and takes barely a minute to complete.

Navidium Shipping Protection is a great app and so much better than Route, in my opinion. It puts the power back into the seller's hands to provide customers with excellent service and 100% claim approval. With Route, our claim approval was under 25% with many mad customers. Route is not a good service; Navidium is fantastic.

App does exactly what we need to do and the immediate response from our customers of opting-in is a sign we should have done this long ago! The support/service is unmatched on the App Store (and we've definitely run into "Support" duds on App Store before). Don't hesitate, add the app now!
