We have been very happy with Navidium. It is much less spammy than Route. And easier for our customers to use.

This is much better than route, I am making more money and I don't feel the hard sell that route was doing. So easy to setup

Navidium is unlike any other and finally provides the option as a seller to help offer insurance and keep all communications in house with customers so we know our customers are receiving the best care from start to finish without having to fight through claims and third party companies.

Navidium has been a frustration free experience so far which has been great. We previously worked with Route and the advantages that we have gotten with Navidium have been 100% worth it and a no brainer to stay with Navidium. We actually MAKE money with Navidium. This alone makes the switch worth. The customer and company portal are the easiest platforms to use for us. We have been with Navidium for about 3 months at this point and it has been such a great experience. Their CS team is very nice and pleasant to work with.
All in all, Navidium has been an amazing overall experience and a no-brainer to work with. I encourage anyone to use Navidium, you won't be sorry!

Highly recommend it rather than using something like Route. A lot easier to use, and the customer service team is extremely helpful and very responsive.

I've been really impressed with the app and the team behind it. The idea behind this is genius and it has generated significant added revenue for us in the past month we've had the app live at checkout. Ecom Propeller have gone above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Customer's also love the security and peace of mind element. It's a win win. Give it a go.

Navidium is great, much better than our previous option, Route, which was proving confusing & blunt in terms of our customers being able to submit claims. Marc and the team did a fantastic job of integrating with our store as well, we have a tricky store set-up, and Marc went above and beyond in getting Navidium to work properly. Very happy with this app!

I have a small business and Navidium has been a blessing for shipping my candles and wax melts. It allows me to control the fees and retain costs unlike other companies that keep everything. This allows me keep a personal touch and handle any claims internally. The customers appreciate the swiftness that I'm able to take care of them. I appreciate that I don't have to submit claims to another company and wait for replies.
