Navidium Shipping Protection has worked well for our small business. I only wish it didn't show up as a product as most people do 'opt in' it will generally be in your top three with no way to filter it out of an actual store product vs shipping protection.

After some hiccups and bugs during installation, the Navidium team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help bring the app and its full potential to our store. This is by far the best customer service x dev support I think might exist in the app store today. I can't wait to start taking implementing all of the hard work put in on our store. Super easy and allows you to customize the name of your shipping protection as well as color and icon. Also love it because it allows us to handle our own claims. With Route, customers would email us first anyway, so it was a hassle directing them to another service. With Navidium we can just handle it.

Customer service is prompt, friendly and you get a real person! The app is new to me but so far so good and my customers are opting for the insurance. It's a win-win and I'm stoked to have found an app that doesn't take a percentage of profit share.

I've been using Navidium Shipping Protection for over a year, and I would say hands down, it's one of the best decisions I've made. We are living in trying times as small business owners. Margins are thin and market share is dwindling as more sellers come online. Reducing my risk against theft, fraud, damage, etc. is important to me. Simply put Navidum shipping has hands down improved value for my customers and our bottom line. The revenue generated from it covers or marine transit insurance and any excess we need to pay when we have a claim and there’s some left over for us in the end. One of our sunk costs is now a revenue stream.

Fantastic app. prior to finding this app we were working with route but were repeatedly unhappy with their claims process. Using route lead to customer service issues that we felt were difficult to resolve in a three-way relationship between us, route, and the customer. We had already made the decision to leave route when stumbling across Navidium more than a year ago. This app facilitates inhouse management of shipping protection and was able to not only replace route but to greatly improve our claims mangagement process directly with our customers. In addition we were able to increase revenue and increase our margin. A true win-win.

Truly a one-of-a-kind solution to an interesting variety of problems, I recommend Navidium hands down. We've been using it for the past half year. When an app does what it says without issues, it saves a lot of time and money, which is precisely what this app does. Initially installed it quickly and smoothly without encountering any issues and it has been running flawlessly ever since.

This app brings our current and new customers peace of mind when it comes to shipping. It more than covers for the packages lost or damaged by the carrier and there is still a lot of recovered revenue at the end of each month. It is by far a much better alternative than carrier insurance as we can provide much faster coverage than the traditional insurance services which makes you and your customer wait weeks for a payout.

There is really nothing else out there that does something similar. If you're tired of dealing with typical carrier insurance costs, delays and service, try this. We consistently get a 60%-80% usage rate and end up only having to pay out less than half of what we collect. It is one of those rare win-win apps.
