Has been very set and forget and produced a nice stream of additional income. Installation went well.
We love this app for a number of reasons: (1) easy setup, (2) ease of use, (3) easy to understand (for us and for our customers), and (4) wonderful customer service. We love that Marc and his team set up a great app for small businesses to reliably self-insure. The architecture of the app is seamless with our Shopify account. And the few times we needed to cover our customers' claims, we can reliably use Navidium's navigation to ensure we are processing the claim with confidence that the customer is covered.

Great app. Works well. Customer service is responsive. What else could you want? it does the job without errors.
We moved from another app that made the customer experience difficult. It was important to us to handle the claims as we saw fit and Navidum allows us to do that. Highly recommend this app for self-management of any insurance claims. Easy integration. Support emails could be answered a little more quickly but overall we are super happy with the app and the support we've received.
We've tested a couple other apps before trying Navidium, including one of the best known apps. And I have to say, they are completely useless. A total waste of time, money and energy. Now....Navidium on the other hand, well - they are game changer! I highly recommend them. First, the app works. Second, it doesn't slow your site down. Third, your clients are happy and you are able to cover lost/damaged items with less stress and issues. So what's not to love? :)
But most of all? The support, including the owner, is accessible, responsive and work HARD to make things right for those of us in ecommerce. The competition doesn't do that.
If you are looking for an app, then stop your search and give Navidium a try!
Great app, works as promised and our customers love the peace of mind that shipping protection brings. Most important is that we are the ones providing the protection and neither ourselves or our customers have to contact or negotiate with a 3rd party to file a claim.
