5++ Stars -Navidium has been a blessing to our small business, we switched from "the other guys" and wish we had done it sooner. We now have better control over claims and our customers appreciate talking to the company they purchased from, instead of a random company that knows nothing about leather. After some hiccups and bugs during installation, the Navidium team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help bring the app and its full potential to our store.
