Just wanted to share that I use Navidium on our brand and literally 90% of all orders pay for this shipping insurance. I’ve had two customers ask me to cancel it because “they didn’t notice it”, but that’s pretty much it. AWESOME FREE money, if you ask me. and so far? No insurance paid out. it's also easy for customer to toggle "no" to this shipping insurance, so we haven't had any customer complain about this service. it's truly easy for customer to toggle "off" at checkout. We use 3% (you can make it whatever number you think makes sense for your business), and that seems to be the magic number. THIS APP IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Wonderful app! Super easy set up. Marc was wonderful. We're now capturing revenue to offset the costs that we eat when handling returns and damages ourselves that insurance doesn't cover.

From the beginning, our experience has been completely positive. Claims are filed swiftly and our customers are highly satisfied with our resolution turnaround. There are other features within the app that we're also utilizing, however, our main goal was to process claims and not keep splitting the money with Route. We're glad we made the move to Navidium!

Great app! but it's screwing with our pixel by Duping conversions! Waiting to hear from the dev with a fix. Make sure you check your events to make sure this is not happening to you if you're advertising on FB.

2/21/23 Update: Ok so after a few weeks of digging under the hood of our Pixel set up with CAPI we noticed after doing some research that: You should NOT have the FB Pixel both on the Preference page under online store set up as this creates the duplication of conversion events.

Test it out and i suggest adding it to the FAQ on the app so others look into that and see if it helps them if they come across that issue.

I used Route for a while then switched to Navidium. It's the best thing I ever did. It's an absolute no brainer. Route provided very little help and in fact it was a pain to have them handle shipping issues and our customers didn't like it either. Better to handle on your end and provide a better experience and make more margin in the process. 5 stars.

Love Navidium, has been a huge improvement over Route who we used previously. It's been easy to use and saved us a lot of money.

This is a great app that every DTC ecom business needs to have. It's very easy to install and use (and their support is excellent if you run into any issues) and it instantly increased our revenue, as well as customer satisfaction. It's one of those rare apps that is really a Win-Win for every side. Every day you don't have this app on your store is leaving money on the table.

I originally signed up with Route Shipping protection and then realised I barely ever needed to actually use the service as the majority of orders arrive with no issue. Seeing Route take all my extra revenue directly out of my business bank account hurt my soul.
Thankfully, I discovered Navidium and the rest is history! We've made an extra $16.5k since December and have had to dip into maybe 1% of that to replace lost/ missing orders. So that's an extra $16k in our pocket, not in Routes. The best thing is it's a completely a passive upsell that I don't even have to monitor, so it literally generates free money for our business. 70% of our customers opt in for Navidium Shipping Protection. Can't recommend Navidium enough and knowing that Route are being so shady towards them shows me they're rattled and makes me want Navidium to succeed even more!
Also - the set up team are super speedy and integrated us within the day. They also update super fast every time we change theme. Go Navidium!

Great company. Left Route to go with Navidium. Why let another company make all the revenue of fees charged when we're doing all the work. I like the Navidium model of letting me keep all the revenue. We have very little issues with shipping but when it does the revenue we have made more than easily covers replacing any orders on our own. Their team is fast if you need assistance with install or if any problems arise.
