Navidium is the best app ever. Customer service is also exceptional. My only complaint is that I wish I had started it sooner!

One of the best apps (if not the best) to easily add 1-3% or even more revenue to your bottom line by becoming your own shipping insurer. Brilliant idea from great team. If you're serious about your ecom business you NEED this app on your store. We were using RO*TE and losing a lot of money with them. Now we have our own fund for shipping issues! Plus excellent dev support!
