Navidium Shipping Protection

Fantastic app that gives all the power and revenue of Shipping protection to the merchant. Additionally, there are new features outside of shipping protection added to this feature set basically every quarter or even more often. We have killed it with Navidium and won't switch to a different provider anytime in the foreseeable future.

Navidium is a game-changer!! After paying Route hundreds of dollars each week and not seeing any of that money ourselves, we switched to Navidium, which allows us to keep any money that isn't used to replace or refund orders. Navidium should be an absolute no-brainer for anyone that runs a business and takes care of their customers. The app was very easy to install and the icons and shipping protection wording are very easy to change to make it your own protection plan. Customer service is lightning fast and has answered every question I've had so far almost immediately. I HIGHLY recommend at least doing the free trial for Navidium. You'll be so impressed, there will be no reason to not become a lifetime customer. Thanks Navidium for making such an awesome app to help us take care of our customers!

I am so glad I made the switch from Route to Navidium for my package protection needs, and it has been a truly transformative experience. After using Navidium for approximately a year, I can confidently say that it outshines its competitors in every aspect.

When I initially opted for Route, I believed it would safeguard our packages effectively. However, as time went on, I realized that Route was capturing a significant portion of our revenue. Just wanted to share that I use Navidium on our brand and literally 90% of all orders pay for this shipping insurance. I’ve had two customers ask me to cancel it because “they didn’t notice it”, but that’s pretty much it. AWESOME FREE money, if you ask me. and so far? No insurance paid out. it's also easy for customer to toggle "no" to this shipping insurance, so we haven't had any customer complain about this service. it's truly easy for customer to toggle "off" at checkout. We use 3% (you can make it whatever number you think makes sense for your business), and that seems to be the magic number. THIS APP IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Wonderful app! Super easy set up. Marc was wonderful. We're now capturing revenue to offset the costs that we eat when handling returns and damages ourselves that insurance doesn't cover.
