Navidium has provided us with an additional channel for revenue while also giving us total control over the claims/refunds process. Our customers get answers faster. Highly recommend this app for any store, particularly ones that don't receive a high volume of returns, damages, etc.. Very happy and wish I discovered it sooner!

This app practically gives you free money. Support is great, very responsive. Our opt-in rate is about 50%, so we're earning a few extra $ on every order.

We would highly recommend Navidium for shipping protection. We have used other popular services and Navidium is better in everyway. The other guys made it more difficult for us and our customers. They wanted customers to download their app and made our customers file police reports in order to initiate a claim. I used Route for a while then switched to Navidium. It's the best thing I ever did. It's an absolute no brainer. Route provided very little help and in fact it was a pain to have them handle shipping issues and our customers didn't like it either. Better to handle on your end and provide a better experience and make more margin in the process. 5 stars.

This app has literally helped our store save so much $$ ! We were already sending out so many replacements to our customers and the Route app we were using before was not customer friendly and had a long waiting period. This app let's us service our customers right away.!
