Navidium Shipping Protection

From the start I could tell the team behind this app weren't new to this game. They quickly installed and set up the app for us, and it literally took us maybe a day or two before the monthly app fees were covered just from shipping insurance fees we collected. App runs butter smooth, doesn't add any lag (which can not be said for some of the comparable apps), and support is quick to reply to any question. However nothing is as satisfying as opening the dashboard each day to see the growth revenue and seeing how I'm able to both satisfy our customers and still recover some of my insane shipping costs at the same time. This is an absolute must to any shopify store big or small. If you sell products and ship them, download it and have them set it up for you. You will not regret it. Excited to try order bumps!!!

Great app, fair fees. Instead of taking a percentage of sales, they just charge a flat, fair monthly fee. This app is great!

This app is a MUST. Not only can you provide a better experience to your customers, you can also improve your margin to cover unexpected chargebacks, refunds, and stolen packages. It protects your customers AND your small business. This app deserves 10 Stars, especially because of how helpful and attentive to detail Marc is. This company is going places. Oh and by the way: 80-90% of people take up the protection. Customers feel much safer knowing they are insured incase something happens. A must-have for all shopify stores.

Navidium has been a game-changer for us! Prior to Navidium, we were using a Shipping Insurance app (y'all know the one) that was not so helpful at all when it came to dealing with lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Navidium has allowed us to personalize the shipping protection experience that has given us (as the company) greater control that in turn impacts our customer's satisfaction and peace of mind. Navidium is a must for a small business, especially when shipping delicate items. We switched from another big name and should have started with these guys from the get go. It makes sense that we control the fees and retain costs unlike the other similar apps to which they keep all of the fees. We now handle our claims internally to which allows us to provide a more personal touch that our customers appreciate.

This App has saved us so much money. Used to use another company that sells package protection but deals with the customer. We switched and will never go back.
