5++ Stars -Navidium has been a blessing to our small business, we switched from "the other guys" and wish we had done it sooner. We now have better control over claims and our customers appreciate talking to the company they purchased from, instead of a random company that knows nothing about leather. This app is an absolute no brainer. DAY 1 we made an extra $700 from this app. Today we'll do close to $1k extra. The UI looks amazing, and it adds authenticity/professionalism to your store in my opinion. Our take rate is about 70% which is extremely high. This app is basically free money. I've added it to all 4 of my stores, and sent it to all of my colleagues.

Fantastic app! It's put money in my pocket and made it a breeze to make things right for my customers when there's an issue with a delivery. The developer (Marc) really cares about his customers and is always improving things.

Navidium is a great app. Honestly, it is so simple to use and allows me to generate extra income so I can cover any shipping issues that my customers face. They also have a ton of features to help me tailor the Navidium to specific products.
