Edit: I was wrong. Their team quickly contacted me concerning my negative review and was eager to solve my issue with a custom solution. The team was quick to solve the aforementioned issue within 2 days. Im looking forward to further work with Navidium and further functionalities. The app has its advantages. The analytics could need some improvement. The support isnt really responsive but friendly. The major disadvantage is that this app doesnt integrate with Gtranslate at all which we have to heavily rely on. Unfortunately Navidium can’t be translated since its section is written inside JavaScript.
The gtranslate system can only translate texts if the structure and texts are written inside JSON objects.
Customer service has been great! This has been the best business decision I’ve made in 2021. Postal services has been denying almost all of my claims, I got tired of it & decided to download this app. 5 stars for sure! loving this app!

This app has literally helped our store save so much $$ ! We were already sending out so many replacements to our customers and the Route app we were using before was not customer friendly and had a long waiting period. This app let's us service our customers right away.!
We said BYE to Route months ago and haven't looked back since. Route was not processing claims properly, denying claims that were simple shipping damage leaving us in the end out of pocket. A few friends in business recommended Navidium and it has been amazing and has allowed us to control our own claims and work directly with our customers which has been a win/win. So if you're on the fence of leaving Route (especially after their insane price increase of rates) seriously do it, you won't regret it! I know I sure haven't regretted it :)
