One of the best apps we have for our website! Super easy, handy, and helps both us and our customers being able to manage replacements ourselves. We've used other shipping protection apps before and they just didn't work for our needs.

I would highly recommend the app. The one issue is that it overrides upsells in the cart drawer if you're using Rebuy, but I think it's worth it to have the Navidium app over the Rebuy upsell depending on what you sell.

If your customer received a damaged package from you they expect YOU to fix the problem not a third party solution. Being able to fix this issue in house quick and efficiently knowing you have your costs covered is great for your overall customer satisfaction. 2) Almost 75% of our customers opt for insurance. A HUGE boost in top line revenue since it is essentially a 100% margin product. 3) Navidium's team is superior. We have worked with other solutions to offer in-house shipping protection, but none were as competent, efficient, and quick as Navidium with installation and overall support. Would recommend this app to any DTC Ecommerce store on Shopify as a MUST HAVE.

This app has been a gamechanger for our customer service practices and increasing revenue. It makes reshipping items much more economically viable since we now get extra revenue from the shipping insurance. This has made customers more happy.
